LEADERSHIP
Half of Phi Theta Kappa’s mission is to provide students with the opportunity to develop into leaders. While PTK believes you do not need an official title to be a leader, PTK members are able to pursue official leadership positions on the local, regional, and international level.

As a Chapter Officer, our student leaders tackle high priority community and campus issues while serving their chapter members.
More information about chapter officers may be found on the
"Officer Team" page.
Beta Chi Omega Chapter is one of the 15 chapters in the Pacific Region. The Pacific Region is home to chapters in Hawaii, Guam, the Marshall Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia-Federated States, and Palau.
Regional Officers from various chapters within the region collaborate to organize larger, more extensive service projects and unite chapters in semesterly conferences.

International Officers (IO) work directly with PTK staff at PTK Headquarters, travel to different regions to deliver updates from the society, and act as a student representative both online and at multiple international conventions across the country.
Our Beta Chi Omega Chapter is one of the many chapters in Division IV.
